Having an association with the design services group; ACS can assist its clients with preliminary budget development to help during the acquisition phase and then develop the interiors to meet that budget. Analysis of the project is done with an eye toward design and maintaining creativity in each hotel tier brand.
We are capable of doing a full property assessment for ADA and Hotel Brand Standards compliance. Our knowledgeable staff is trained as to the code compliance issues and is keenly aware of most major hotel brand standards programs.
Since ACS travels with a consistent employee based staff, the men who show up at your job are knowledgeable as to the most efficient methods and means of transporting your new FF&E into the jobsite for installation. Along with these men we have skilled carpenters who artfully install these goods in their designated locations. We maintain a fully complimented office which is dedicated to management of products from vendor factories to the jobsite.
Over the last 25 years we have completed many exterior facade modification projects. The revitalization of the front of the hotel is a huge advantage to the asset in attempting to let the public know that something new has happened inside too! It creates a renewed street awareness for the local public which can boost F&B revenues.
Since we employ the crews required to refurbish a hotel, with the exception of the M.E.P. trades, we arrive with an existing knowledge base. Anyone can come to the job with a truck full of carpenters, but the knowledge we bring, and what it takes to renovate an open hotel facility, is the difference between a high level of guest satisfaction during the process or a potentially long list of lawsuits from slip and falls, or guest property damage.
