Starwood Lodging has increased its development activity of its Four Points by Sheraton Brand on an international basis and and Algiere Design Services is helping to lead the way with a challenging exterior and interior redesign of an existing Howard Johnson Hotel in Anchorage, Alaska. The hotel has 242 guest rooms and full service F&B operation with approximately 7,000 SF of meeting space. The program encompasses all areas within the master renovation including the complete remaking of the facade. Algiere Construction will be acting as the General Contractor to implement these new design elements.
